What your public profile shows

See who can open your profile, what each switch reveals and what never shows up on a public screen.

Your public profile is the card that opens when somebody taps your nickname in a bet feed. It shows only what you released, and every piece of information has its own switch.

Step by step

  1. Sign in and open Preferences.
  2. Go to the privacy section.
  3. Check the switch that shows your nickname and the one that shows the public profile.
  4. Turn the profile items on or off, one by one.
  5. Open the home page and tap your nickname in a feed to see the result.

Important points

It shows up as a panel over the screen you are already on, on a computer and on a phone. Closing the panel puts you back exactly where you were.

The first shows the nickname; the second shows the profile. With the nickname hidden, the profile is unreachable even with its own switch on, because there is no name to tap.

Both switches only take effect once you set a nickname. Before that, your name appears in a neutral form in the feeds.

Biggest win, favorite game, bet count, approximate entry, total wagered and liked games. Turning one off does not affect the others.

Biggest win, favorite game, bet count and approximate entry start visible. Total wagered and liked games start hidden, because they are the most sensitive.

The profile shows the month the account started. The exact date is not published on any surface.

Someone opening your profile sees the amounts in the currency they chose, when there is a rate to convert with. That is presentation, not a conversion of your account.

In your own bets tab, your nickname shows up for you even with the display turned off. What the switch controls is what other people see.

No switch publishes that data. The profile shows nickname, level art and what you released.

Whoever taps your nickname does not get an empty card: there simply is no card to open.

Common problems

The switch that shows your nickname. It is the first of the two, and with it off the profile is unreachable either way.

The sections are turned off one by one. Go back to privacy and turn on the ones you want published.

No. It counts the bets already recorded on your account; someone who has not bet yet sees zero, and the panel says so instead of showing a blank space.

Either the profile is off, or the nickname changed after the link was copied. The profile is reached through the current nickname.

The error notice carries a retry button. If it persists, check your connection.

The feed keeps listing the bets, but without leading to your profile and without your nickname, if you also hid the nickname.

Yes, when the profile is on. The feeds are public, and that is exactly why the most sensitive sections start off.
