There are two places to look at your bets, and they serve different purposes. The feed shows what just happened; the statement is the permanent record, with a code and the balance after every movement.
Step by step
- Sign in and open the home page.
- In the bet feed, pick the tab with your own bets.
- Tap a row to open the game of that bet.
- For the complete history, open the Statement inside your account.
- Filter by the bet type and the period you care about.
- Tap details to see the operation code and the balance after it.
Important points
Without a session, the feed shows only the public tabs. If you sign out with that tab selected, the screen goes back to a public tab on its own instead of showing an empty list.
It lists the latest bets and is not a history. Anyone looking for a bet from weeks ago looks in the statement.
It also shows when the bet was placed and, once settled, when that happened. A bet still in progress shows up without a return amount.
Recent bets, top wins and top multipliers belong to everybody. Your tab is only yours, and never enters a shared cache.
In that tab, your nickname shows up for you. What the privacy switch controls is what other people see in the public tabs.
A bet on a game that left the catalog stops showing up in the feed. It stays in the statement, which is the record that does not change.
Filtering by that type separates bets from deposits, withdrawals, redemptions and swaps. The operation code is what support uses to locate a specific bet.
That is why it answers a question the feed cannot: how much you had before and after that bet.
Common problems
Check whether the bet was on a game still in the catalog. The feed lists only enabled games; the statement lists everything.
It should not be. Check the statement filters, especially type, currency and period, which may be hiding the row.
No. The feed shows the latest ones, and earlier ones leave as new ones arrive. The permanent record is the statement.
The feed and the statement can convert to your display currency. Open the details in the statement to see the original currency.
Locate the row in the statement and open the details. The operation code identifies exactly that bet.
No. Not every bet has a multiplier; when the game returns none, the row simply does not show that field.
The bet has not settled yet. When it closes, the return and the settlement time appear, and the statement records the resulting balance.
