Step by step
The bar shows XP within the current step and how much is needed for the next one. The list shows each level's benefits, such as cashback, rakeback, an extra daily withdrawal limit, a mission reward multiplier and a possible level-up bonus. At the maximum level, there is no next step.
Open the XP statement to see gains and adjustments. The team can also correct XP, and a correction may reduce your total. Levelling up does not spend XP; a level you have secured remains yours even if your total drops below its threshold.
Important points
Only the part of a bet paid from real balance earns XP. The calculation uses the amount converted to US dollars and the game's margin, so bets of the same value can earn different XP. If a quote is unavailable, XP remains pending until it can be calculated without guessing a rate.
The first confirmed deposit may grant XP once. Completing your profile and eligible missions may also grant XP. The statement shows the source of each movement.
Some steps offer a bonus when you move up. Check its value and wagering requirement in the benefits list. If a quote or budget is unavailable when you move up, the bonus may not be paid at that time. Your new level and its other benefits still apply. Check Rewards for a credited bonus.
Common problems
If a bet does not appear in the statement, refresh the page and check the source and game. If the movement is still missing, open a ticket with the time and game. If the page fails to load, use Try again.
An XP correction can lower your level without sending a level-down notice. Check the statement and open a ticket if you need help.
