Your profile holds the details that identify the account holder. While it is incomplete, withdrawals stay blocked, and the screen shows a bar with how many fields are already filled.
Step by step
The complete profile form opens on top of the profile screen, and the country you pick decides the fields that follow.
- Sign in and open your profile.
- Choose to complete the profile.
- Select your country from the accepted list.
- Fill in your full name and date of birth.
- Enter the document required for that country.
- Fill in your phone.
- Enter an email address if the screen asks for one.
- Save.
Important points
Eight countries ask for the real document of that country: Brazil the CPF, Portugal the NIF, Mexico the CURP, Peru the DNI, Chile the RUT, Colombia the Citizenship Card, Romania the CNP and Thailand the national document. In every other country the screen asks for a generic national identity document. The label, the example, the hint, the input mask and the validation change with the country.
When that applies, the hint next to the field says the document is optional. In other cases the field does not appear at all.
This identity check is what many sites call KYC. There is no screen for uploading a photo of your document, a selfie or a proof of address. Validation runs on the details you type. If anyone asks you for those files outside the site, treat it as suspicious and talk to support before sending anything.
Your name, document and phone belong to whoever uses the account. A document already linked to another account is rejected, and accounts held in someone else's name become a problem at withdrawal time.
The date field already limits what you can pick, and the hint next to it shows the age required for the selected country.
Feeds, rankings and public profiles only show your nickname. Your legal details stay inside your account.
A country outside the list is refused when you submit the form. It is not stored and corrected later; it simply does not go in.
Your birth date is compared against that country's rule. That is why the same date can be accepted in one country and refused in another.
That depends on the brand and on the country you reported. When it is required, the type is derived from the country and the number goes through a format check before being accepted.
If any of them already sits on another account of this brand, the form refuses and says which field is the problem.
The same number written in several ways becomes a single format. A number that does not match the reported country is refused.
The account email wins over whatever is typed. To change the email there is the email change, in Security.
Common problems
Check that the selected country is right and that the number is complete, with no extra letters and no missing digits. The format changes by country, so review the country before the number.
Each document belongs to one account. If the other account is yours, sign in there instead of keeping a second one. If you do not recognise it, open a support ticket.
Enter another number of your own, or sign in to the account that already uses it. Support can help when neither option works.
The brand accepts sign-ups from a set list of countries. A country outside that list cannot be chosen in the profile. Support can confirm whether there is an alternative for your case.
The date of birth you entered does not reach the minimum age for the country you selected. Review the date. If it is correct, the account cannot be used.
Not on any screen of this site. The profile asks for typed details and there is no image upload in this flow. Never send document photos to anyone who asks for them in a private message.
Check that your email is confirmed and that the account has no active notice, such as a block or a responsible gaming protection. If everything looks fine, open a support ticket.
Open a support ticket saying which field is wrong. Some identity details cannot be rewritten freely from the screen.
No. The minimum age is the one of the country you reported on your profile.
The phone is validated against the reported country. Check that the profile country matches the number.
When the account already has an email, that is the one that counts. The email change is done in Security, with confirmation by link.
