A voucher is the rule behind a promo code: it sets how much you get, whether it depends on a deposit, how many times it can be used and what you have to meet afterwards. Redeeming is the gesture; the voucher is the rule.
Step by step
- Sign in and open Rewards.
- Type the code in the bonus field.
- Read the preview that appears before you confirm.
- Confirm and read the redemption result.
- Check the credited amount and the target to meet.
- Follow the progress on the same screen.
- In the statement, the redemption shows up as an operation with its own code.
Important points
Spaces at the ends are removed and letters are uppercased. Typing in lower case or with a trailing space does not change the result.
The fixed amount voucher always hands over the same figure. The deposit matched voucher hands over a proportion of what you deposited.
The proportion is applied to your deposit, and the result never goes past the maximum declared on the voucher. Depositing beyond what it takes to reach the ceiling does not increase the prize.
If the proportion comes out to nothing, the redemption is refused instead of creating a bonus worth zero. That is why this kind of code asks for the deposit first.
What you have to wager is calculated on the amount that came in, with that voucher's multiplier. That is why two codes with the same multiplier can ask for different targets.
No voucher hands over a bonus that is already released: the minimum is wagering the amount you received once. The redemption stays active until you meet that target, and only then does the amount become ordinary balance.
Some vouchers set how long that bonus lasts. Past that deadline, the redemption closes, even with the target half met.
While a redemption is in progress, a new code is refused. Close the current one, by meeting the target or by giving it up, to use another. Giving it up returns your chance: the same code is valid again, because a redemption you abandoned does not count as a use.
One belongs to the campaign, counting every redemption by everybody. The second belongs to the campaign too, and it is the total amount it may pay: when that budget runs out, the campaign exhausts itself. The third is yours, counting how many times you have used that same code, and it may be greater than one. The refusal messages are different.
You type the code in three places: at sign-up, when the brand accepts a coupon there; in the coupon step of the deposit, beside the amount; and in the bonus field, inside Rewards. In all three, the preview shows what that code pays before you confirm. Instead of typing, you can also pick a published campaign: they appear in that same deposit step, already priced for the amount you typed, and on the promotions page, with the code to keep.
It may not have started yet, or it may already have ended. Both cases refuse the redemption, with distinct notices.
The redemption is refused before any calculation happens, because a demo account's economy is not real.
A repeated request returns the same redemption instead of creating another. If the economic picture changed between one attempt and the next, for example with a different deposit, the repeat is refused instead of crediting an amount that does not match the original request.
Common problems
Check character by character, especially numbers that look like letters. Upper case and trailing spaces are not the problem, because the field already handles that.
The matched voucher has a ceiling. Once it is reached, depositing more does not increase the prize.
Yes. The bonus lands in a balance of its own and becomes ordinary balance when you meet the wagering target. No voucher pays an amount that is already released.
That voucher had a deadline of its own, and it ran out. The deadline shows next to the redemption while it is open.
Meet the current redemption's target or give it up. Giving up is final and returns the account to its state with no bonus.
It depends which limit. If the limit belongs to the code, it is over for everybody. If it is yours, you have already used that code the allowed number of times.
No. The refusal happens when the repeated request no longer matches the original. Start the redemption again and check the amount before confirming.
