Rollover is the wagering requirement of a bonus: the total you have to bet before the bonus amount turns into real money. Some sites call it rollover, others call it a wagering or playthrough requirement. In the bonus area, inside Rewards, a bar shows your progress and a figure shows how much is still left to wager.
Step by step
- Sign in and open Rewards.
- Go to the bonus and rollover section.
- Find the active bonus block.
- Read the rollover progress bar and the amount left to wager.
- Play as usual and come back here to watch the progress move.
Important points
The requirement comes from the bonus amount multiplied by the rollover factor of that code. Since the house sets that factor for each promotion, the screen is the right source: read the amount left to wager instead of assuming a number.
With an active bonus, your balance is tied to the requirement and withdrawals are not released. When the amount left reaches zero, the bonus becomes real balance and withdrawals work again.
Deposits, transfers and prizes do not advance rollover; bets placed while the bonus is active do. Each game can contribute differently, according to the rules of the promotion.
Rollover looks at the share of a bet funded by bonus according to the promotion policy. Betting missions do the opposite: only the share paid from your own balance counts for them. The bet detail shows that split.
The bonus menu has an option to give it up. Confirming it costs you the bonus amount and all the progress, and in exchange your real balance is free to withdraw again. That bonus does not come back. The code does: giving up returns your chance on it, so you can redeem it again later.
Besides being met or abandoned, a bonus can end because its deadline passed or because the balance was too low to carry on. The rewards area shows the state it ended in.
The target keeps a copy of the policy in force when you redeemed. If the brand changes the rules afterwards, your target in progress keeps the old ones.
The policy declares which balances a bet contributes from, which games are eligible and what proportion of the bet enters the progress. A bet can count only partly, and a bet on a game outside the list may not count at all.
An empty list means the whole catalog. That is why two bonuses can behave differently with the same bet.
The policy sets the order between voucher, deposit and team created targets. Progress feeds the target whose turn it is, not all of them at once.
While the closing has not finished, the withdrawal stays blocked, even with the target already met.
Common problems
Reload the rewards area, because the screen reads the value at the moment it opens. If the figure stays the same after several bets, open a ticket with the time and the game.
The active bonus block shows exactly how much is still left to wager. That number belongs to the current bonus and changes from one promotion to another.
That is expected while rollover is unfinished. Complete the requirement to free the balance, or give up the bonus if you would rather withdraw now and lose the bonus amount.
A bonus leaves the active block when it is met, when you give it up, when it expires or when it is closed. The rewards history keeps the record of what happened.
No. The confirmation warns you that the action is final and that the progress is lost along with the amount.
The screen shows the error with a retry button. Check your connection and, if the error persists, open a support ticket.
The proportion that enters the progress can be smaller than the full bet, and the balance the bet came from may not contribute. Check your bonus rules on the rewards screen.
No. They are met in a declared order, one at a time.
No. Your target keeps the rule from the day you redeemed and finishes under it.
