Bonus code, promo code, coupon and voucher all mean the same thing here: a string of letters and numbers that unlocks a bonus in your account. You can type it in three places: at sign-up, when the brand accepts a coupon there; in the coupon step of the deposit; and in the bonus area, inside Rewards. In all three, the screen shows what the code pays before you confirm. The promotions page has no field: it lists the published campaigns with each code, for you to keep and use in one of those places.
Step by step
- Sign in and open Rewards.
- Go to the bonus and rollover section.
- Type the code in the bonus code field.
- Solve the security check, if one appears.
- Tap redeem code.
- Check the active bonus section.
Important points
A gift code releases the bonus right away. A deposit code only works together with a deposit, so it goes in the coupon step of the deposit screen. If you type a deposit code at sign-up, it is kept and applies by itself on your first deposit.
While a bonus is in progress, a new code is not accepted. Finish the rollover or give up the current bonus before redeeming another one.
The bonus amount lands in its own balance, separate from the balance you can withdraw. It only becomes free money once the rollover is met.
A code can have a start date, an expiry date, a maximum number of redemptions and a minimum deposit amount. The screen tells you which of those rules blocked the redemption.
The code is normalised before it is looked up: trailing spaces are dropped and letters are uppercased. Typing in lower case is never the reason for a refusal.
The minimum is wagering the amount that landed once. No code pays a bonus that is already released, so there is always a target to meet before the amount becomes ordinary balance.
A repeated request returns the redemption that already exists. If the picture changed between one attempt and the next, for example with a different deposit, the repeat is refused instead of crediting an amount that differs from the original request.
The refusal happens before any calculation, because a demo account's economy is not real.
Common problems
Check it letter by letter, with no spaces before or after, and watch out for zero and the letter o. If it is right and still does not exist, it is not valid on this brand.
Every code has a window of use set by the house. Outside that window the redemption is refused, and there is no way to release the same code later.
That code had a maximum number of uses and it ran out. Keep an eye on the promotions of the house to catch the next one.
You reached that code's limit for your account. The limit is set per code and may be greater than one, so in some cases the same code is worth more than one redemption to the same person. Open the bonus section to see the bonus it created and how it is going.
Finish the rollover of the current bonus or use the option to give it up. Only after that will a new code be accepted. Giving it up returns your chance on that code: the bonus amount is lost, but the same code is valid again.
Use the deposit screen: after you enter the amount, the wizard opens a coupon step where you pick a promotion or type the code. The bonus lands once the deposit is confirmed.
Make a deposit that reaches the minimum amount the code requires. Smaller deposits do not activate that bonus.
Reload the rewards area and look at the active bonus block. If it still is not there, open a ticket with the code and the time of the redemption.
Yes, as many times as you need. A refused attempt consumes nothing and does not count against your limit for that code.
No. The refusal protects you from a credit that differs from what was requested. Start again and check the amount before confirming.
