The Statement shows movements that change your balance. Deposits and Withdrawals also have their own pages in your account, where you can track each request.
Step by step
- Sign in to your account and open Statement.
- Use the type group and period to narrow the list.
- If you have used more than one currency, choose one in the currency filter.
- Open a row to see its code, date, origin and balance after the movement.
- Use pagination to see older movements.
Important points
- Each row names the origin of the movement and its actual effect on your balance.
- Amounts remain in the currency in which the movement happened, without conversion.
- A bet shows its game, stake, prize when known and net result. An open bet shows as in progress.
- A paid withdrawal appears once in the Statement. The Withdrawals page shows the request status and masked destination.
- Rollover progress stays in Wallet and Rewards; it does not add a second Statement row for each bet.
- Status appears on a row when the movement is still in progress. There is no status filter.
Common problems
Clear the filters and widen the period. To follow a deposit or withdrawal request, open its dedicated page. You can find the request code in its details.
The main amount on the row is the net effect on your balance: prize minus stake. Open the details to see the stake and prize separately.
Open Wallet for the active currency's rollover. In Rewards, each bonus shows its own progress.
Open Deposits or Withdrawals in your account. Those pages include requests that have not changed your balance yet. If you need help, give support the code shown in the details.
