Depositing means adding money to your account so you can play. At JoiaX a deposit starts with the Deposit button inside your wallet. The screen opens with the payment methods enabled for you, and different accounts can see different lists.
Step by step
Checking which deposit methods your account accepts takes a few taps.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Wallet.
- Tap Deposit.
- Look at the method tabs at the top of the screen, such as Pix and Crypto.
- Pick one and follow the instructions shown.
Important points
- A Pix deposit happens in one currency only, and the screen warns you when your active currency is a different one.
- A crypto deposit asks for the currency and the network, then generates an address for you to send to.
- When only one method is enabled, the screen shows no tabs and opens directly on that method.
- When your account has no method enabled, the screen explains that instead of asking for an amount.
- The list depends on your account country and on what the brand has configured, so it can change over time.
A currency can exist in your wallet and still not accept a deposit, because no provider offers that path for it. The refusal is specific to that currency and does not affect the others.
When the registered country is not reached by Pix, the method is refused with a message of its own, different from a refusal by currency or by limit.
It is not about your account or the amount. Trying again later, or through another method, usually solves it.
A confirmation arriving from a provider other than the one that generated the charge is refused. That is what stops an outside notice from completing your deposit.
Within a short window, several attempts in the same currency are grouped. That is how the team can tell one person insisting apart from several people depositing.
Common problems
Use one of the methods shown for your account. A method disappears when the brand turns that payment rail off or when it becomes unavailable. If nothing appears, contact support.
Pix only serves accounts in Brazil. If your profile country is another one, use a crypto deposit method when it is enabled for you.
The screen shows a notice when your account has no way to add funds. This is not your mistake. Contact support to find out which method can be enabled.
No. Adding balance requires being inside your account, because the money has to land in your wallet.
It lands in the currency the screen names at the top of the form. If your active currency is a different one, the screen offers a button to switch to the deposit currency.
That currency has no deposit path available. Deposit in another currency and, if you want, swap afterwards.
For your balance, only what is paid counts. For the team's tracking, nearby attempts in the same currency are treated as a single journey.
