Pix is the fastest way to put money into your account. You enter how much you want to deposit, the site generates a Pix code, and you pay it in your banking app. The balance arrives as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Step by step
A Pix deposit starts in your wallet.
- Open Wallet and tap Deposit.
- Choose the Pix tab if it is not already selected.
- Type an amount or tap one of the suggested amounts.
- In the coupon step, pick one of the promotions listed or type the code you have. If you do not want a coupon, tap skip.
- Tap Generate Pix code.
- Scan the image in your banking app, or copy the code and use the Pix copy and paste option.
- Wait. The screen tells you on its own when the deposit is confirmed.
Important points
- The screen shows the minimum amount, the maximum amount and how much you can still deposit today.
- The suggested amount buttons already respect your account limits.
- The coupon step lists only the promotions that are valid for you and for the amount you typed, and it shows what each one pays.
- The Pix code has a validity window, and the screen counts down to it expiring.
- While the payment is not confirmed, the screen keeps waiting and refreshes itself.
- After confirmation, the screen shows the credited amount and a shortcut to your wallet.
The charge is born with a validity and stops being payable after it. An expired code does not become a deposit, even if the payment is attempted.
The refusal comes before any charge exists, because a demo account's economy is not real.
Even with no deposit created, the reason for the refusal is stored. That is why support can see that you tried and why it did not go through.
Common problems
The screen says the code expired and offers Generate a new code. Nothing was charged to you. Generate another code and pay within its validity window.
Confirmation comes from the bank, so it can take a little while. Keep the screen open. If the balance never arrives, check your statement and keep the payment receipt.
Read the message under the field. It tells you whether the amount was below the minimum, above the maximum, or beyond what still fits today. Adjust it using the limits shown on the same screen.
That notice appears when you set a deposit limit for yourself under responsible gaming. Adjust that limit in your account and try again. An increase can stay pending before it takes effect.
Tap Copy code again. If your browser blocks copying, select the code by hand and copy it, or scan the image with your banking app.
Yes. The screen shows the failure notice and a button to generate a new code. If it keeps failing, try another amount or contact support.
A self excluded account cannot deposit. That block is deliberate and cannot be cleared from the deposit screen. Contact support to understand the period you chose.
An expired charge does not credit by itself. Open a ticket with the receipt and the time of the payment.
The refusal happened before the charge, by limit, currency, country or an unavailable provider. The screen itself names the reason.
