You can also deposit by sending cryptocurrency. The site generates an address for your deposit, and the balance arrives once the network confirms the transfer. The same screen shows the progress, so you do not have to look anywhere else.
Step by step
The crypto deposit lives on the same screen as the ordinary deposit.
- Open Wallet and tap Deposit.
- Choose the Crypto tab.
- Enter the amount you are going to send.
- Choose the currency, then the network.
- In the coupon step, pick one of the promotions listed or type the code you have. If you do not want a coupon, tap skip.
- Tap Generate address.
- Send the amount to the address shown, using the network you selected.
- Follow the confirmations on the same screen.
Important points
- The crypto deposit accepts a coupon, like Pix does. The bonus lands when the transfer is credited.
- Send only over the network you selected. A transfer on another network can be lost.
- The address appears as text with a copy button, and also as an image you can scan.
- The screen shows the requested amount, the amount received and the minimum needed for the credit.
- The screen shows the transfer state, such as awaiting payment, confirming on the network and credited.
- The number of confirmations the network requires appears on the screen while the transfer progresses.
Currency and network are separate choices. An available currency can have a refused network, and the message names the network.
It is generated for that request and expires with it. Saving the address to reuse later does not work.
A confirmation coming from another provider is refused, even if the amount and the currency match.
Common problems
The screen marks the deposit as underpaid and closes it with the amount that was recognised. If you want to deposit the rest, start a new deposit.
The screen says the amount received was above the request, and the difference goes to review. You do not need to do anything besides watching your statement.
It means the amount received has not reached the minimum needed for an automatic credit. The team looks at the case and resolves it. Keep the transfer reference in case you need support.
Only the currency and network combinations enabled for your account are listed. Pick another combination. If none of them work for you, contact support.
The screen warns you before generating the address that a transfer on another network can be lost. If it already happened, contact support with the transfer receipt, including the network you used.
An expired address no longer receives anything. Start a new deposit and use the new address. Never reuse an old one.
It depends on network confirmation, which the site does not control. The screen shows how many confirmations have arrived and keeps tracking on its own.
That address belongs to the old charge and has expired. Open a ticket with the receipt and the time of the transfer.
Pick one of the networks listed for that currency. Sending over an unlisted network does not credit automatically.
