When your account holds a crypto balance, a withdrawal can go out to an external wallet. You enter the amount, the network and the destination address. Before you confirm, the screen shows the network fee and how much actually arrives.
Step by step
The crypto withdrawal lives on the same screen as the ordinary one.
- Open Wallet and tap Withdraw.
- Choose the Crypto method.
- Enter the withdrawal amount.
- Choose the network.
- Paste the destination address.
- Request the quote and check the requested amount, the network fee and the net amount.
- Tap Confirm withdrawal.
Important points
- Check the network and the address carefully. A wrong transfer cannot be undone.
- The net amount is what reaches the destination, with the network fee already deducted.
- The crypto method only appears when your account has crypto currencies enabled.
- Switching the withdrawal method also switches the active currency of your wallet.
- Like Pix, the request goes through a review before payout and gets its own code.
A provider can pay a currency on some networks only. That is why the same currency can show up with one network and not with another.
Money in and money out use different paths. The withdrawal screen lists only the currencies that have a payout path.
Common problems
The address has to be valid for the currency and the network you picked. Check that you pasted the whole address and that the network matches the destination wallet.
Only networks compatible with that currency and enabled for your account are listed. Pick another network from the list, or switch the source currency.
Request a new quote. The screen recalculates the network fee and the net amount. If the value changes, confirm again before finishing.
Because the network fee is deducted from the requested amount. The screen shows three separate lines, requested amount, network fee and net amount, so you can decide before confirming.
It only appears when at least one crypto currency is enabled for your account. If you only hold ordinary currency, use the Pix withdrawal.
A transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed by the site. Contact support with the request code the moment you notice, because only a request that has not been sent yet can be looked at.
