Your wallet shows how much you hold in each currency and splits that money into parts with different rules. Understanding the split saves you the surprise of seeing one number on the home screen and another one when you try to cash out.
Step by step
The wallet brings balance, bonus and withdrawing amount together on one screen.
- Sign in and open Wallet.
- Look at the card on top, with the active currency and the Available balance.
- Check the Bonus balance and Withdrawing lines.
- Look at the Pending rollover bar when it appears.
- Scroll to Your balances to see every currency at once.
- Use the refresh balance button if a number looks stale.
Important points
- Available balance is the money you can bet with and ask to withdraw.
- Bonus balance is promotional value. It becomes ordinary balance once the rollover is met.
- Withdrawing is the amount of a withdrawal request that already left your available balance.
- Pending rollover is how much you still have to wager to release a bonus.
- The eye icon hides the amounts on screen, which helps when you are in a public place.
Balances are not one number split by currency: each enabled currency has its own set, with the main balance, the bonus balance and the reserved one. That is why the wallet lists one row per currency instead of a general total.
A requested withdrawal takes the amount out of the main balance and puts it in reserve. If the withdrawal is refused or cancelled, the amount goes back to the main balance; if it is paid, it leaves the reserve.
The accumulated amount and the rollover target live in accounts of their own, apart from money you can use. They measure a requirement, not an available balance.
Every entry and exit is recorded on both sides, and that is what guarantees the balance on screen matches the sum of the operations. An amount that seems to have vanished has a destination row in the statement.
The bet detail in history and the statement separates how much came from your own balance and how much came from bonus. That split explains why one bet may advance rollover without moving a mission or earning XP on the full amount.
Common problems
The wallet shows the available balance of your active currency. The withdrawal screen shows how much you can take out right now, which also depends on the minimum, the maximum and today's ceiling.
It moved to the withdrawing line. The amount leaves the available balance when the request is created and returns if the request is not approved.
A bonus has its own rules and requires rollover, meaning a total amount wagered before it becomes ordinary balance. The rollover bar in your wallet shows how much is left.
Tap the refresh balance button in your wallet. If the screen warns that the amounts may be out of date, the last read failed. Try again in a moment.
No. Each currency keeps its own balance, and the wallet never shows one total merging them. Only one currency is active at a time.
That appears when no currency holds any balance yet. Make a deposit from the button on that screen to get started.
It is the amount set aside by an operation in progress, usually a withdrawal. It stops being available, but it stays yours until the operation closes.
Look in the statement for the reservation refund row. That is the operation that brings the amount back to the main balance.
