Every withdrawal has a minimum amount and can have a maximum. The withdrawal screen shows those numbers before you type anything, together with the ceiling that applies to you right now.
Step by step
Withdrawal limits sit just above the form.
- Open Wallet and tap Withdraw.
- Check Available to withdraw at the top of the screen.
- Read Minimum per withdrawal and Maximum per withdrawal.
- Read You can withdraw up to, which already accounts for your balance and today's ceiling.
- Type an amount inside those limits, or tap Withdraw the maximum.
Important points
- Available to withdraw excludes your bonus balance and any amount already withdrawing.
- When there is no ceiling per withdrawal, the screen says there is no limit.
- Limits change per currency, so the active currency changes the numbers.
- A request in progress already reserves part of today's ceiling.
- The Withdraw the maximum button fills the field with the largest amount accepted at that moment.
Requests in progress take room before being paid. A cancellation gives the room back within the same operational day.
The effective cap is the brand's plus your level bonus, when there is one. That is why two accounts with the same balance can have different caps.
When the brand declares no maximum or no daily cap, that limit is not checked. The minimum still applies.
Common problems
Raise the amount to at least the minimum shown. Payouts under that value are not accepted.
Lower the amount to the maximum shown. If you need to take out more, make more than one request, respecting today's ceiling.
The ceiling is counted by the platform operational date. Wait for that date to turn over, or request a smaller amount within what is left.
Your available balance has to cover the minimum per withdrawal. If it is under that, you cannot cash out that amount. Build up more balance or contact support.
A bonus is promotional value with its own rules. It becomes ordinary balance once the rollover is met, and only then counts toward what you can take out.
Without configured limits, that currency does not accept withdrawals. Switch your active currency to one that does, or contact support.
A level can add a bonus to the daily withdrawal cap.
Yes, within the same operational day the reserved room is given back.
