After confirmation, a request goes through review before payout. Wallet shows the amount being withdrawn, and Withdrawals shows every request and its status.
Step by step
- Open Wallet and check the Withdrawing balance in the right currency.
- Open Withdrawals in your account.
- Find the request by amount, date and masked destination.
- Open its details to see the code, status and payment date when available.
- If you need help, give support that code.
Important points
- Under review or sending means the request has not finished yet.
- Paid means the payout was sent. The destination is masked for your safety.
- Rejected or cancelled returns the amount to your balance. A failed payout may still await a staff decision; read the request status before assuming a refund.
- A bank return also needs staff review. The page tells you when to contact support.
- You cannot cancel a request from the Withdrawals page.
Common problems
Follow its status in Withdrawals. If you need an update, contact support with the request code.
Read the message on the request. It distinguishes money already returned to your balance from money still held for review.
Approval does not mean payout is complete. Follow the status in Withdrawals and check the payment date when one appears.
Check older pages and the currency. If it is still missing, contact support with the request details.
