The wheel is the prize wheel of the house, on the Wheel page inside promotions. You earn spins over time and through missions, spin whenever you want and then claim the prize into your wallet. The screen shows how many spins you hold and how long until the next one.
Step by step
- Open Wheel in the promotions menu.
- Check the spin inventory at the top of the page.
- Tap spin the wheel.
- Wait for the animation to stop and read the result.
- Tap claim into wallet.
- Check the prize in the rewards area of your account.
Important points
A new spin becomes available from time to time, and the screen shows the countdown to the next one. Completed missions also hand out the quantity of extra spins written on the mission card, which add to your inventory.
The spin decides the prize, but the value only reaches your account after you claim it. While a prize waits to be claimed, the wheel does not let you spin again.
The list of possible prizes shows each item with its rarity and its chance of coming up. Not every spin pays: there is also a no prize outcome.
When a spin enters the inventory, it keeps the prizes, odds and values from that moment. A later wheel edit does not change what was already granted.
When a prize lands as bonus, it comes with its own wagering requirement, shown in the result. The prize also has a claim deadline, and the screen warns you when it is close.
The wheel publishes the commitment of a spin before the draw, and the result carries a link to verify it. That is how you prove the prize was not chosen afterwards.
One decides when a new spin becomes available, another how long an unused spin stays valid, and the third how long an already drawn prize can still be taken. Moving one does not move the others.
Drawing is not the same as taking. The prize stays listed with its validity, and passing the deadline closes it even though it was drawn.
While it is paused, it does not expire. That is why a validity date may not move the way you expect.
If the required limit is unavailable, the prize keeps waiting and its deadline is paused. The clock resumes when claiming can continue, without changing the original promise.
The seeds are generated and published beforehand, and every draw consumes one position.
Common problems
Wait for the countdown to the next spin to run out. If you want it sooner, complete missions that hand out spins as a reward.
The prize the server recorded counts, and the screen warns you when the animation lands off place. The result block under the wheel shows the true prize.
That happens when you hold no spins or when an earlier prize is still unclaimed. Claim the pending prize and the button works again.
The claim deadline for that prize passed and it can no longer be credited. Deadlines appear in the result itself, so claim as soon as you spin.
The credit already reached your account. Open the rewards area to see where it landed.
This house has no active wheel at the moment. Check the other promotions, such as missions and scratchcards.
Reload the rewards area, because bonus prizes and real balance prizes appear in different blocks. If it still is not there, open a ticket with the time of the spin.
