How missions and challenges work

Complete goals on the missions page and claim the reward of each one.

Missions are challenges with a clear goal, such as playing different games or reaching a wagered-volume target. Each mission has a progress bar and a reward, and you claim the reward once the goal is met. It all lives on the Missions page, inside promotions.

Step by step

  1. Open Missions in the promotions menu.
  2. Look at the list of goals and the progress bar of each one.
  3. Play as usual; the progress is counted for you.
  4. Come back to the page and use the claimable tab to find what is ready.
  5. Tap claim reward on the completed mission card.
  6. Check the reward in the rewards area of your account.

Important points

Every mission has a cycle. Daily and weekly ones restart when the cycle turns, and the card shows the next renewal when a date applies. One time missions count once and never repeat.

Besides the fixed list, the house draws one challenge a day for you, highlighted at the top with the daily slot tag. It appears when you open the page and counts only for that day.

In progress shows goals that can still move, Ready to claim gathers earned rewards and Closed shows the history. The counter next to the title follows the filter you picked.

A mission can hand you a bonus voucher, free spins or a scratchcard, with the quantity written on the card. Whatever you claim shows up in the rewards area of your account.

You never mark anything as done, because progress follows settled bets and completed deposits that meet the goal. Merely opening or signing in to the account does not move the bar. The page refreshes itself while it stays open.

There are daily, weekly and one time missions. A one time mission does not come back once completed.

A settled bet and a completed deposit are the events that feed progress. An action that does not produce the event required by the goal does not move the bar.

Bet count, wagered volume, deposit count and volume, playing a specific game or provider, variety of games, and win multiplier. Reading the goal keeps you from playing in a way that does not count.

Each type lands somewhere different and carries its own validity rules.

In that case the target changes when the feature changes, and the mission starts counting on whatever is featured at that moment.

Common problems

Switch to the claimable tab and reload the page. Progress is updated at intervals, so a round that just ended can take a moment to count.

Each mission pays once per cycle. Open the rewards area to find the prize that already landed in your account.

Incomplete progress from the previous cycle does not carry over. An already earned prize remains available for the deadline shown; if the mission is daily or weekly, fresh progress opens in the next cycle.

Some missions require a minimum level. The card stays visible, dimmed and marked as locked; it only starts progressing and allows a claim after you reach the level shown.

The draw found no eligible challenge or the available budget for the day ran out. Come back the next day for another attempt.

That comes from the responsible gaming tools on your account, which pause promotions while they are active. Check the responsible gaming area to see the protection in place.

Without an account the page only shows the showcase of the missions this house runs, plus an invitation to sign in. Progress and claiming need an open account.

Read the goal and open the bet detail in history or the statement. A volume mission does not move on count alone, a provider mission ignores other providers, and only the share paid from your own balance moves a betting goal; the bonus-funded share does not count.

No. Some missions follow the featured game or provider, and the target follows the feature.

It was probably a one time mission. Daily and weekly ones restart on their own cycle.
