After you complete a mission, its card moves to Ready to claim and shows the prize, currency and deadline that apply to that achievement.
Step by step
- Open Missions and choose Ready to claim.
- Read the quantity, currency and validity on the completed card.
- Use the claim button before the displayed deadline.
- Open Rewards or the named promotion to find the granted item.
Important points
Value, target, minimum and currency are recorded when the mission starts counting or when staff assigns it. Later catalog edits and new exchange quotes do not change that right.
A voucher appears in the bonus area, a spin goes to the wheel inventory and a scratchcard enters the scratchcards page. The card states the granted quantity before claiming.
A cycle change does not erase an already completed reward. It remains under Ready to claim until the validity shown, even if a fresh mission cycle has begun.
If a limit is unavailable for the grant, the prize stays reserved and its deadline stops running. The clock resumes when claiming can proceed.
The level benefit can increase a mission's monetary value. It does not multiply the number of spins or scratchcards.
Common problems
No. The popup only presents the achievement. The reward remains under Ready to claim with its original validity.
