A mission can remain visible without accepting progress or a claim. The badge and sentence on the card state which condition blocks the action and when it may change.
Step by step
- Open Missions and find the dimmed or paused card.
- Read the badge and explanation below the goal.
- Check your current level, campaign start or the displayed return date.
- Return to the card after the condition ends; signing in again does not activate it.
Important points
The card appears dimmed with the required minimum level. While locked, events build no progress and the claim button is unavailable.
A mission that has not started remains visible with its opening time. It begins accepting events when the campaign window opens.
Exhausted brand budget, a reached personal cap and the cycle's completion maximum are separate conditions. The card names the one that happened and, when a return is scheduled, shows when to try again.
A pause, self-exclusion or ban suspends the mission and the clock of an earned prize. A temporary protection shows a return; a ban with no end promises no date.
Common problems
Refresh the page to reload your tier. If the displayed level already meets the requirement and the badge does not change, open a ticket with the mission name.
No. The state explains when availability returns. An earned prize keeps its deadline under the rules displayed on its own card.
