Referring means inviting someone with your link. Whoever opens that invite link and creates an account is tied to you, and deposits from that person can generate commission. The Refer and earn page, inside your account, gathers the link, the numbers and the list of commissions.
Step by step
- Sign in and open Refer and earn.
- Tap copy link to put the invite on your clipboard.
- Send the link to the person you want to invite.
- Follow the link clicks and the referred people in the numbers at the top.
- See each commission in the list, with its amount and status.
Important points
The link is tied when the person opens it and creates the account. Without going through the link, a referral cannot be attached afterwards, so send the invite before they sign up.
Link clicks counts how many times the invite was opened, referred people counts who created an account through your link, and total commission adds up what was already generated. A click does not become a referral on its own.
The list shows each referral under a fixed nickname, with the state signed up or converted. You never see the name, the contact or the balance of the person you referred.
A commission can be pending, paid, failed or invalidated for fraud. The list filter shows only the status you pick, and each line points to the deposit that generated it.
Paid commissions appear in the rewards history of your account, labelled as referral commission. That way you can check each credit alongside your other prizes.
Opening your own link while signed in makes the site say so, and no referral is recorded.
Pending, paid, failed and invalidated by fraud. A commission that failed can be paid later; one invalidated by fraud does not enter a payout.
When your link comes with origin markers, they are recorded along with the click. That does not change the commission amount.
When the requested amount comes entirely from commission, it is classified differently from an ordinary or a mixed withdrawal.
Common problems
It sits in the first block of the referral page, with a copy button. If the screen says the link is unavailable, reload the page in a moment.
Make sure they created the account after opening your link, on the same device and browser. Sign ups made another way cannot be attached later.
Conversion depends on their activity in the account, not on your invite. Wait and watch the list, because the state changes on its own.
Pending commissions are still under review by the house. The status turns to paid when the credit is released, and you see the amount in the list.
That happens when the review finds an irregular deposit or sign up. If you disagree, open a ticket with the referral nickname and the date.
No. The link only ties people who create a new account through it, so existing accounts never join your list.
The screen warns you when copying fails. Select the link on the screen and copy it by hand, or try again in another browser.
Self referral is refused. Nothing was recorded and your account is unaffected.
No. A failed commission stays eligible for payout on a new attempt. The one invalidated by fraud is the only one that does not.
