- Wait for automatic cashback closing or claim the available rakeback.
Important points
Cashback
Cashback uses the cycle's eligible net loss. The loss band sets the base rate and your level rate is added at closing. A cycle without a net loss produces no cashback.
The house may use a weekly or monthly cycle. Cashback is credited automatically when that cycle closes. There is no button to claim it early or credit it twice.
Rakeback
Rakeback uses the theoretical margin of eligible settled bets, not gross wagering volume. Its rate comes from your level when each daily period closes.
The closed amount accumulates under Ready to claim on this page until you claim it. Accumulated rakeback does not expire.
What counts
Only eligible bets funded by the main balance count. Bets funded by bonus balance generate neither cashback nor rakeback.
The rate active at cycle closing is used. If your level changes during a period, the new rate applies to the next relevant closing.
Each currency is calculated separately. Amounts in different currencies are never added together.
Limits and minimum payout
The house may set a minimum payout. An amount below it produces no credit row for that closing.
Cashback and rakeback share a limit of 15% of theoretical margin per player and cycle. The house also has an aggregate 15% cycle breaker. The screen identifies when a limit reduced the amount.
Credit destination
Main-balance credit is withdrawable without rollover. Bonus-balance credit shows its wagering requirement before the claim; the default configuration starts at 1x.
An active responsible-gaming protection prevents promotional delivery. The outcome keeps its actual reason and is not recorded as a completed credit.
Common problems
There may be no eligible bets, cashback may have no net loss, or the calculated amount may be below the minimum payout.
It follows bets, results, loss bands, and limits while the cycle is open. The amount becomes final only at closing.
Check the destination under This cycle and the credits under Already received. If the cycle has closed and there is no credit, tell support the currency and period shown on screen.
Closed rakeback appears under Ready to claim and must be claimed. It remains available without expiry.
