How to open and play a game

Understand what happens when a game opens and what the bar below it shows.

When you tap a game in the catalog you land on its page. If your account is open, the game loads on its own and is ready to take your bet. If it is not, the screen invites you to sign in or create an account before you spin.

Step by step

  1. Find the game through the catalog, a list or the provider page.
  2. Tap the game to open its page.
  3. Sign in if the screen asks you to.
  4. Wait for the game to load inside the main area.
  5. Place your bet using the controls of the game itself.
  6. Tap the back arrow in the bottom bar to end the session and return to the catalog.

Important points

Games here always open with your account and with real money, so there is no demo mode and no practice mode. You can look at a game page without signing in, but no round happens until you do.

It carries the game name, the provider link, the session balance, the fullscreen button and the back arrow. The balance shown refreshes by itself while you play, so you can follow it without leaving the game.

If you hold free spins that work on that game, a badge in the bar tells you how many. The spins are consumed by the game itself as you spin, following the rules of the prize that granted them.

The same game does not run in two tabs at once. If you open it again somewhere else, the screen says so and offers to bring the game to the tab you are in.

The game runs inside the page, but the provider is who draws the result and pays the prize. Minimum bet, maximum bet, lines and special features are rules of that game, not of the house.

Opening the game in a second tab is refused as a duplicate session. There is an option to take the session over in the new tab, and doing so closes the previous one.

While the first attempt has not finished, a second is refused. That stops two requests from opening two sessions on the same balance.

Every opening carries a key of its own. Repeating the key returns the session that already exists instead of opening another.

When the provider does not confirm the opening, the attempt is marked uncertain and reconciled afterwards. That is why a stuck opening does not leave balance held indefinitely.

When the provider does not work in your active currency, the session can be opened in another currency with a rate. With no rate available, the opening is refused.

Common problems

Use the sign in or create account buttons that appear over the game art. Once you are in, the game loads by itself on the same page, with nothing to search again.

There is one session per game, so the most recent tab keeps it. Tap play in this tab to bring the game back to where you are.

Wait a few moments, since opening it goes through the studio. If it stays stuck, leave with the back arrow, open the game again and check your connection.

Close the game and open it again to see the updated balance. If the difference remains, open a ticket with the game, the time and the amount, because every round is recorded in your account.

Yes. The fullscreen button sits in the bottom bar and expands the game to the whole screen, and the same button brings the normal view back.

While self exclusion is active you can browse the catalog and see the game page, but no bet is accepted. The screen shows how long the protection lasts and the way to the responsible gaming area.

Use the option to take the session over in the new tab. The previous tab is closed, and that is how playing twice on the same balance is avoided.

The first attempt was still in progress, so the following ones were refused. Wait for the answer and try just once.
