Favoriting a game means marking it so you can find it later. Liking is different: a like is public and adds to the game counter. Both come together in your Library, inside your account, next to the games you played recently.
Step by step
- Sign in and open a game.
- In the bar below the game, tap the heart to add it to favorites.
- Tap the thumb to like the game, if you want to.
- Open Library in your account to see what you saved.
- Switch between the favorites, liked and recent tabs.
- Tap the heart again, inside the game, to remove it from favorites.
Important points
A favorite is your own mark and can be removed whenever you want. A like counts once per game and cannot be taken back, because it joins the public like total of that game.
Favorites brings what you saved, Liked brings what you liked and Recent brings the games you played last. Each tab has its own counter and keeps its own filter.
The library has a search box for game or provider name, a provider filter and sorting. The default order puts what you marked or played most recently first, and sorting by name is also there.
Favorites, likes and the library belong to your account, so none of it shows up before you sign in. On the catalog cards, a small mark tells you which games are already in your favorites.
Both lists are sorted from the most recent to the oldest by default. The recent list uses the last time you played, not the marking.
The recent sessions list keeps a limited number of games. Favoriting is what guarantees a game stays reachable later.
Common problems
The screen warns you when it cannot update the favorite. Check your connection, make sure your session is still open and tap the heart again.
A like cannot be removed, because it already joined the public counter of that game. It does not affect your balance, your bonus or your rewards.
Check that you are on the right tab, since favorites, liked and recent are separate lists. If you applied filters, use clear filters to see the whole list.
Games the house removed from the catalog stop appearing in the lists. The mark stays recorded, and if the game returns to the catalog it shows up again.
The screen shows the notice and a button to try the search again. Meanwhile, use the provider filter and the sorting to find the game.
The error notice carries a retry button. If the error repeats after a few tries, open a support ticket.
Favorite the game. The recent list has a ceiling and rotates; the favorites list does not.
