Financial limits let you decide how much you accept to deposit, wager or lose before you play. In Account > Responsible gaming, each type has daily, weekly and monthly caps. You can combine all nine. An action is refused if it would exceed any active cap.
Set and follow your limits
Choose the limit currency, BRL or USD, if the page offers that choice. Enter an amount for a type and period, then save. The page shows the cap in force, used amount and remaining amount for each period. The remaining amount never appears as a negative number. History records requests, cancellations and changes taking effect.
Lowering a cap takes effect immediately. Raising or removing one waits 24 hours, with the old cap still protecting you. You can cancel a pending change. A pause or self-exclusion cancels pending relaxations and prevents them while protection lasts. Changing the limit currency also waits 24 hours.
Deposits count money received. Wagers count the full amount wagered. Loss limits use the net result after winnings. Reaching a cap does not remove your balance or stop withdrawals. A daily, weekly or monthly block lasts until that operational period rolls over. The deposit page names the limiting type and release time.
If an already requested Pix or crypto deposit arrives after your deposit cap is reached, the full amount is credited to your playable balance and counts toward the cap. New deposit requests are blocked until that cap period ends. Separate bet, time, pause or self-exclusion protections can still block play. Check your statement and contact support if a credit looks wrong.
Can I play with a late deposit above my deposit cap?
Yes. A Pix already requested or a crypto deposit already sent is credited in full to your playable balance, even if it brings deposit usage above the cap. You cannot make a new deposit request until the cap period ends. Other protections may still stop a bet or game.
