When gambling stops being fun

Recognize signs of harm and find protection and support.

If you wager money you need, chase losses, hide how much you play or struggle to stop, leave the game now. You do not need to wait for things to get worse to ask for help.

What to do now

  1. Stop the current session and talk to someone you trust.
  2. In Account > Responsible gaming, lower your deposit, wager and loss limits. Lower limits take effect immediately.
  3. If you need to stop playing today, request a pause or self-exclusion. It blocks games, new wagers and deposit requests as soon as you confirm it.
  4. Open a responsible gaming support request. Staff can guide you and record a request made by ticket or phone.
  5. Consult the support channels in your brand's responsible gaming policy. If your immediate safety is at risk, contact your local emergency service.

During a pause or self-exclusion you can still sign in, see your balance and statement, request a withdrawal and contact staff. Promotional messages stop while protection is active; essential notices about the protection continue.

The help assistant may suggest limits, a pause and staff contact when it detects signs of risk. It does not replace professional support. Family members can offer help, but the account holder or staff must record protection on the account.
