A pause or self-exclusion blocks new wagers, game launches and deposit requests as soon as you confirm it. You can still sign in, check your balance and statement, request a withdrawal and contact support. Your money remains in your account.
Request protection
Open Account > Responsible gaming. Choose a pause of 1, 7, 14 or 30 days; a temporary self-exclusion of 90, 180 or 365 days; or an exclusion without an end date. You may add a reason. Type the confirmation phrase shown on the page and confirm the final dialog. The protection starts immediately; the page shows its end when there is one. You cannot schedule it to start later.
While protection is active, promotions and rewards are also blocked. You may tighten financial and time limits. Pending increases, removals, time relaxations and currency changes are cancelled when protection starts. You may extend an existing protection, but cannot shorten it from your account. A fixed-term protection ends when its stated time arrives, with an essential start and end notice even when marketing is off.
An exclusion without an end date does not expire automatically. After 12 months, staff may review a revocation with a recorded reason. The protection remains in force until it is revoked. Support may also record your request received by ticket or phone.
Can I extend a fixed-term protection?
Yes. While a pause or fixed-term self-exclusion is active, open Account > Responsible gaming and choose a longer duration. The longer protection starts immediately. You cannot shorten the current duration from your account.
Does self-exclusion without an end date expire automatically?
No. It stays active until staff revoke it. After 12 months from its start, you can ask support for a review. Staff record the reason and decide whether to revoke it; until then, games and deposits remain blocked.
Can I withdraw during a responsible gaming pause?
Yes. A pause blocks new wagers, game launches and deposit requests, but it does not prevent a withdrawal request or remove your balance. You can follow the request in your statement and contact support.
