Withdrawing means taking money out of your account and sending it to you. You make the request in your wallet, with the amount and the destination Pix key. Once confirmed, the request goes through a review before the money is sent.
Step by step
A withdrawal request is a short form with a review step before you confirm.
- Sign in and open Wallet.
- Tap Withdraw.
- Check Available to withdraw at the top of the screen.
- Type an amount or tap Withdraw the maximum.
- Choose the Pix key type and enter the key.
- Enter the name and document of the key holder.
- Tap Review withdrawal, check the details and tap Request withdrawal.
Important points
- The Pix key must belong to an account in your own name, and the form says so.
- The amount leaves your available balance as soon as the request is created, and moves to the withdrawing line.
- If the request is rejected, the amount returns to your available balance.
- The request gets its own code, which is your reference for tracking it and for talking to support.
- Sometimes the screen asks for a security check before the request is completed.
Unconfirmed email, incomplete profile, demo account, restricted withdrawal, pending rollover, currency with no payout path, Pix unavailable for the country, unreadable limits, insufficient balance, below the minimum, above the maximum and daily cap reached. The screen names which one is your case.
A pending target in one currency does not block a withdrawal in another. That is why a withdrawal can go through in one currency and be refused in another on the same account.
Withdrawals and deposits do not necessarily use the same paths. A currency you deposited in may not be available to withdraw.
A request in progress takes room in the daily cap even before it is paid. Cancelling the request gives that room back.
On top of the brand's cap, a level can add a bonus, give priority in the queue and, in some cases, unlock automatic payout.
Common problems
The screen lists what is blocking you, one notice per reason, with a button whenever there is a direct path. Resolve each item and come back to request the withdrawal.
While you are still on the review step, tap Go back and review and correct it. Once confirmed, you cannot edit or cancel the request yourself. Contact support with the request code as soon as possible.
Read the message under the amount field. It tells you whether the amount is below the minimum, above the maximum per withdrawal, or above what you can take out today. Adjust it using the numbers on the screen.
No. The payout goes to a key in your own name. A third party key is a reason for the request to be rejected.
It is an anti fraud challenge shown at confirmation. Complete it on the same screen. If it fails, use the retry option.
Yes. The amount leaves the available balance when the request is created, so it cannot be spent twice. It sits in the withdrawing line until the request ends.
You can, as long as your available balance and the limits allow it. Each request has its own code and its own review.
Pending rollover is checked per currency, and the payout path is per currency too.
A request in progress already takes room in the cap. Cancel the earlier request or wait for it to close.
