How site notifications work

Use the bell to see your notices, mark them as read and understand what controls what shows up there.

The bell at the top of the site holds your account notices. It shows how many you have not read, and opening a notice takes you straight to the screen it is about.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the bell at the top of the screen.
  3. On a computer the list opens beside the bell; on a phone, as a panel from the bottom.
  4. Tap a notice to open the related screen.
  5. Use mark all as read when you want to clear the count at once.

Important points

It disappears when there is nothing left to read. Above nine, the bell shows a plus sign instead of the exact number, so it does not turn into a long label.

Every opening asks for the most recent version. While that happens, the previous list stays on screen, so you do not lose what you were reading.

Both things happen on the same tap. A notice with no destination is simply marked as read.

It is not an endless history. Older notices leave the list as new ones arrive, and the definitive record of money is still the statement.

The button only acts when something is unread, and it goes unavailable while the action runs, so the request is not repeated.

The deadline reminder for an already earned reward is essential and reaches the bell even with marketing off, during quiet hours or after the promotional quota is full. A notice that a promotion is available is marketing and follows Preferences. Turning marketing off never changes or removes a prize deadline.

Turning that channel off in Preferences stops promotional availability notices that would appear there. It does not stop essential notices about an obligation that already exists.

When you complete a mission, the celebration popup waits its turn and never opens over a game or the native table. It opens on the next safe route; closing it neither claims nor removes the reward, which stays on the missions page with the same deadline.

When the same result completes a mission and produces a promotional return, the mission notice enters first. Notices from the same event can be grouped to avoid dropping several rows at once.

When you sign out, the bell goes back to zero. Signing in again reloads that account's notices.

When a message arrives carrying content the site does not know, it shows a generic title and text instead of leaving the row blank.

Common problems

The list did not finish loading, or it failed. The error notice carries a retry button.

Tap retry. If the refresh fails but you already had a list, the site keeps the last notices and says they may be out of date.

The number follows the server's answer. If the network failed midway, the error notice appears; close and open the list again.

Check whether the notice is about availability. A mission ready to claim and a deadline reminder are essential because they concern an earned prize; they do not depend on the marketing switches.

If it was an available campaign, check the matching channel in Preferences. If it was the mission popup, open another page outside the game or native table; presentation waits for a safe route.

No. The list shows the most recent ones, and older ones stop appearing as new ones arrive. Anything involving money is still in the statement.

Yes. The list belongs to the account, not to the device, so it looks the same everywhere you are signed in.
