Signing in to your account

Use a password, an email code, Google or a wallet to open your session.

The sign-in screen opens on top of the site and shows the access methods the brand has enabled. You can sign in with a password, with a code sent by email, with your Google account, or with a crypto wallet.

Step by step

Email and password is the usual route, and the other methods sit just above the form.

  1. Choose to sign in from the home screen.
  2. Enter the email address or the phone number on your account.
  3. Type your password.
  4. Confirm to open the session.
  5. To sign in without a password, pick one of the methods offered above the form.

Important points

Use the same contact you registered with. If the brand registers players by phone, the field asks for the number instead of the email.

You enter your email, receive a short code and type it to sign in. It expires quickly and cannot be reused. This method serves accounts whose email is already confirmed.

After you authorise Google, a screen asks for your email, how you want to be called, and your acceptance of the terms. That happens only on the first sign-in.

You pick the wallet, it shows a message and you sign it. No screen on this site asks for your recovery phrase or your private key. If anyone asks, it is a scam.

Our team never asks for your password or the six digit code. Either one opens your account on its own.

The screen gives the same answer in both cases, and the check takes the same time even when the account does not exist. That is deliberate: nobody gets to find out which addresses have an account on this brand.

In that case, signing in with a password does not work until you set one in Security. Use the same method the account was created with.

That is the one case where the screen names the reason, because there is no doubt to protect: the block is a decision about your account and the way out is support.

Successful sign ins and failed attempts enter the account activity history, with date and time. That history is what support reads when you suspect somebody else got in.

When your account is flagged for a password change, the change appears right after signing in, before you use the site.

Common problems

Check that the contact is right and that your keyboard did not change the capitals. Instead of repeating attempts, use password recovery and set a new one.

That is not a password error. The notice explains the reason and points you to support, which is where this kind of case is resolved.

Repeated attempts are rate limited to protect the account. Wait a little before trying again, and use the time to recover your password instead of guessing.

Check your spam folder and the address you typed. The code screen offers to send another one after a short wait. Codes are sent to accounts whose email is already confirmed.

It may have expired, been used already, or been typed wrongly. The screen tells you how many attempts are left. Request a new code and enter only the six digits, with no spaces.

Check that the wallet is installed and unlocked, and approve the signature when it asks. If the mobile pairing expires, generate a fresh code on the same screen.

An account with that address already exists, created by another method. Sign in with that method and, if you want, connect Google later under Security.

The screen shows an error with a retry button. Use that button before reloading the whole page.

Check whether the account was created with Google or a wallet. In that case it has no password yet, and password sign in answers exactly as it would for a missing account.

No. The account may be flagged for a mandatory password change, and the requirement appears inside the site itself, never through an email link.
