Şartlar ve politikalar

Platform. The website and the installable app where you play, with every page, game and feature described here.

Account. Your personal registration, with your details, balance, history, level, rewards and settings.

Real balance. The money you deposited and the winnings it produced. It is the balance that can be withdrawn, following the withdrawal rules.

Bonus balance. The amount received as an incentive, which only becomes real balance once the bonus conditions are met.

Wagering requirement. The amount that must be wagered to meet the conditions of a bonus or a deposit. It is also called rollover.

Active currency. The wallet currency used for playing and for the amount shortcuts at that moment.

Platform day. The one day period used to count daily limits, missions, session time and withdrawal caps. It starts and ends at the platform's reference time, shown whenever a daily limit is reached.

Protection. Any active break or self-exclusion on your account.

Sign up asks for an access identifier, which can be an email address or a phone number. You may also be asked for your country, name, date of birth, an identity document from your country (such as the CPF in Brazil) and a display name.

Your nickname may be created automatically at sign up. You can keep it or switch to another available one.

During sign up, a bot check and automatic security checks may appear. They exist to stop fake, duplicate or mass created accounts. A sign up may be refused when these checks find a problem.

If you arrived through a referral link, your account is connected to the person who invited you. When available, you can also enter a coupon code at sign up.

You must provide true, complete and up to date details. False or incomplete details, or details belonging to someone else, may block withdrawals, cancel rewards and lead to the account being closed.

Right after sign up, the platform shows a welcome with ways to get started: the first deposit offer, the XP your first deposit earns, a wheel spin, a scratchcard or an available mission. Following these suggestions is optional.

When you come back after a while and have rewards waiting, such as spins or scratchcards, the home page lets you know and takes you to them.

Confirming your email protects your account, makes sure notices reach the right address and is required to withdraw and to receive promotional messages.

To change your email, you enter the new address and confirm it through the link sent to it. Your current address keeps working until you confirm.

If messages cannot be delivered to your address, it is blocked for sending, including password recovery. In that case, change the email under Security or contact support.

To withdraw, your profile must be complete, with name, document and date of birth. Completing your profile also earns XP once.

Keep your details up to date. Changes to details used to confirm your identity may be reviewed before they take effect.

Your nickname identifies you to other players. It must not impersonate anyone, offend, share contact details, promote other websites or use third party brands. A nickname that breaks these rules may lead to restrictions on the account.

After changing your nickname, the next change is only available after the period shown on screen.

You choose how others see you. In anonymous mode, you appear with a code instead of your nickname. With nickname only, your nickname is shown. With nickname and public profile, anyone who clicks your nickname sees your level, your bets and the games you liked.

While your profile is private, only you can open its page. Your name, email, phone number, document and balance are never shown to other players.

The platform is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The chosen language changes the interface and these documents, but it does not change the rules.

In your preferences you can see amounts converted into another currency or each amount in its original currency. The conversion is approximate, uses the latest available exchange rate and is for display only. Without a valid rate, the amount is shown in its original currency. Your balance never changes because of how it is displayed.

Dates and times are shown in your device's time zone. Daily limits, missions and caps use the platform day, and the screen shows the exact date and time each one comes back.

You are in charge of access to your account. Use a strong password, do not reuse passwords from other services and never share codes received by email with anyone.

Sensitive actions, such as connecting a wallet, withdrawing to a wallet, or linking or disconnecting a sign in method, ask you to sign in again. That confirmation lasts ten minutes.

After many attempts in a row, sign in, sign up and some requests are paused for a few minutes. This protects your account against attempts to guess the password.

Tell support immediately if you notice any activity you do not recognise. Activity carried out with your access is considered to be yours until you tell us.

The password reset link lasts 30 minutes and can only be used once. When you finish the change, your previous sessions are ended. If the account was opened with a temporary password, you choose a new one before continuing.

You can see your connected devices and end the session on any of them, or on all the others at once. Whoever is using a disconnected device will need to sign in again. After a period without activity, some games also ask you to sign in again.

If you lose access, use password recovery. If even that does not work, the access recovery page lets you send a request to the team, which checks the details before replying. The on screen response is always the same, to protect the privacy of whoever owns the account.

The official support channels are the platform tickets and the contacts shown on the platform's own pages, such as email and social media profiles.

The team never asks for your password, access codes received by email or your wallet's recovery phrase. Be wary of any message asking for these details, even if it seems to come from the platform, and tell support.

The statement shows every movement on the account, from the first deposit to the latest prize: deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, rewards and adjustments. Use the statement to check any amount before contacting support.

Some operations depend on an exchange rate between currencies: display in another currency, a game session in a currency different from your wallet, the payment of prizes and benefits, and the network fee of a crypto withdrawal.

Amounts of promotions, prizes and benefits set in Brazilian real or US dollar are converted into your wallet currency at the moment they are credited, at that moment's rate.

When the required rate is not available, the operation waits. Your progress and your rewards stay saved and you can try again later.

You choose the amount, add a coupon if you want and review the summary before generating the code. Generating the code does not move any money.

You pay in your bank app, with the QR code or the copied code, checking the amount before confirming. The balance arrives after the payment method confirms the payment, and you follow the status on the deposit screen itself.

The code has an expiry time. Pay only while it is valid. After it expires, create a new deposit before paying.

Pix only serves accounts in Brazil.

You first choose the currency and then one of the networks available for it. The screen shows the destination address and, when there is one, a destination tag, which must be included in the transfer.

The currency and the network must be the same in the sending wallet. A transfer through another network, to another address or without the required tag may be lost.

The credit happens after the network confirmations shown on screen. Detecting the transfer does not mean the credit is complete.

Amounts below the network minimum are put under review. If less or more than requested arrives, the amount actually received is what goes into your balance, and you get a notice. An amount sent in excess in an earlier deposit may also be credited later.

Each deposit has a minimum and a maximum amount, which depend on the currency, the payment method and your account limits. There is a limit on how many deposits can be open at the same time.

The deposit limits you set under responsible gaming also apply here. When a limit is reached, new deposits are blocked until the limit window ends.

If you have already paid, follow the deposit status before paying again. Do not repeat a payment just because the confirmation is pending.

A deposit may be reversed by the payment method. In that case, the amount leaves your balance and the reason is shown in the deposit details.

If several deposit attempts are not completed, check your payment method details or contact support.

To withdraw, you need a confirmed email, a complete profile and at least one completed deposit.

Some deposit rules require the deposited amount to be wagered with real balance before withdrawing. In that case, the withdrawal screen shows how much is still left to wager in each currency.

The withdrawal comes from the balance of the chosen currency. If your active currency is different, the screen asks you to change the active currency before continuing.

When a requirement is missing, the withdrawal screen shows what it is and how to solve it.

A Pix withdrawal only goes to an account in the name on your registration. If the key is a CPF or CNPJ, it must match the one on your profile.

The screen shows the accepted key types and recognises the type as you type. If a key could be more than one type, write it differently to make clear which one it is.

If the destination key does not accept the payment, the request fails and you can request again with another key.

You choose the currency and the network and enter the address of the wallet that will receive the funds. The address must be valid for the chosen currency and network.

The network fee is deducted from the amount, and you see how much will arrive before confirming. If the fee changes before you confirm, the screen asks you to review and get a new quote.

For security, a withdrawal to a wallet asks you to sign in again before confirming.

A transfer to the wrong network or address cannot be undone. Check all three details in the receiving wallet before confirming.

Each withdrawal has a minimum and a maximum amount, and there is a daily cap, which may increase with your level. The amount also cannot exceed your available balance.

There is a maximum number of requests awaiting review at the same time and of withdrawals approved per day. When one of them is reached, wait for the answer or try again the next day.

Some requests are approved instantly. The others go through a review before being sent, and payments may be made within set time windows. Under Withdrawals you follow the status of each request, with its reference number.

If the withdrawal is not approved, the amount goes back to your balance.

If the bank returns a payment that was already sent, the request goes back to the team for review. While the team decides how to resolve it, the amount is held and does not appear in your available balance.

The team may block withdrawals on an account while it looks into a situation. The withdrawal screen tells you when this happens and points you to support.

Games open in the browser, with your balance, your free spins and your history. There is one session per game: if you open the same game in another tab, the session moves to it, and you can bring the game back whenever you like.

When a game uses a currency different from your wallet, the session records the rate used and until when it is valid for new rounds. This conversion charges the player no fee. Some providers only accept certain currencies, and the screen tells you when you need to change your active currency.

The result of each round is decided by the provider's game. If the connection drops during a round, the round is completed and the result shows up in your history.

If the game cannot open or the session is not created, no bet is placed. If a deposit lands while the game is open, reload the game so it reads the new balance.

If your remaining balance falls below a game's minimum bet, choose another game or another balance.

The library keeps the games you marked as favourites, the games you liked and the last 20 games you opened, from the most recent to the oldest.

Favourites are your list to come back to later. Likes mark what you enjoyed playing and appear on your public profile, if it is open.

The wheel and the scratchcards use a verifiable draw. Before the draw, the platform publishes a commitment, so the result cannot be changed afterwards.

After the draw, the seed is revealed and you can recalculate the result on the game transparency page, by copying the verification code. If the proof does not match the recorded result, the page tells you, and that result should not be treated as verified.

For scratchcards, the proof of a ticket becomes available once the earlier tickets in the same series have been opened or have expired.

A bonus may come from a deposit coupon, a level up, a mission, the wheel, a scratchcard, the referral programme or an offer sent to you.

Each bonus shows its conditions before it is activated: amount, deadline, wagering requirement, maximum bet and the games where it can be used.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. To claim another, finish or give up the current bonus.

The bonus is paid in the currency stated in the offer. A code that pays in a currency you do not yet have in your wallet cannot be claimed.

Each account may receive up to a bonus limit per period. When the limit is reached, new claims wait for the next period.

A bonus used outside the offer's conditions, for example across several accounts or together with other players, is cancelled along with the winnings it produced.

Most bonuses have a wagering requirement: the amount that must be wagered before the bonus becomes real balance.

Only the part of the bet paid with the bonus counts towards the requirement. The part paid with your own money does not count. The remaining amount is shown on your account and goes down with each settled bet.

When the remaining amount reaches zero, the bonus becomes real balance and withdrawal is unlocked. You get a notice when this happens.

Each bonus has a deadline to meet the requirement. If the deadline ends, the bonus leaves your balance. If the bonus balance runs out first, the bonus ends.

With an active bonus, each bet has a maximum amount, shown in the conditions. When a level prize covers a game's minimum bet, you can bet that minimum, even if it is above the cap.

You can give up a bonus at any time, except while a round with that bonus is being settled. When you give it up, you lose the bonus and the winnings funded by it. Your own money and its winnings stay available. This action cannot be undone.

You can withdraw your own money without cancelling the active bonus. If you prefer to give it up before withdrawing, the withdrawal review shows the option and how much will be lost.

The coupons page shows the published offers, with the benefit, the required deposit, the deadline and the wagering requirement of each one.

You enter the code at the coupon step of the deposit. A deposit code stays saved for your next deposit until it is used or discarded. The code must be in the same currency as the deposit, and it may require a minimum amount of its own.

If the coupon stops being valid before the deposit is confirmed, the deposit goes in as usual, without the bonus, and you get a notice.

Many invalid code attempts in a row pause new claims for a few moments.

Free spins are valid on a specific game and have an expiry date. Using them is optional. After they expire, they disappear.

Available spins appear on your account, in the game search and inside the specified game. Winnings from free spins follow the conditions shown when you received them.

A new spin becomes available at the interval shown on the page. Missions may give extra spins before the next daily spin.

The list beside the wheel shows the prize and the odds of each result, including results with no prize. The slices drawn on the wheel are only illustrative. If the animation stops in the wrong place, the prize recorded by the platform, shown below the wheel, is what counts.

A pending prize must be claimed before the next spin. Each spin and each prize has a deadline and expires after it.

Each ticket you receive holds a result to reveal. The inventory shows which scratchcards you can already use.

The list shows the possible prizes and their odds, including results with no prize. Once revealed, the result and the reward conditions stay on the page itself.

An expired ticket can no longer be revealed.

Your account earns XP and moves up in level. The part of your bets made with real balance earns XP after settlement, and the amount varies by game. Missions may give XP according to their difficulty. Your first confirmed deposit and your complete profile earn XP once each.

The XP history shows where each point came from. Each level starts at an amount of XP shown on the levels page.

Each level brings its own benefits, shown on the levels page, such as a cashback rate, a rakeback rate, a mission reward multiplier, an extra daily withdrawal limit and a level up bonus.

The benefits of the new level apply as soon as you move up. The level up bonus has its own wagering requirement and must be claimed within 7 days.

Cashback is a return calculated on the eligible net loss of a weekly cycle, in each currency. The rate applied is shown on your account and may vary with your level.

Estimates shown during the cycle are not yet part of your balance. The credit depends on the calculation at closing and on the eligibility rules. Cashback is credited when the cycle closes or becomes available to claim. A claim with a deadline that is not used expires.

Rakeback is a return calculated on the theoretical margin of the amount wagered during the day, in each currency. The rate applied is shown on your account and may vary with your level.

Accumulated rakeback stays saved until you claim it and does not expire. The history shows every cashback and rakeback credited.

During a responsible gaming break, cashback and rakeback claims are kept until the break ends.

The bonus is recorded when your friend makes their first deposit, from the minimum amount shown in the programme. It is released once that friend's net gaming revenue reaches the bonus amount.

When the programme offers commission, you receive each month a percentage of the net gaming revenue of the friends you referred, after promotional costs. It is calculated per currency, and a negative month is offset against the following months.

Referral earnings arrive as withdrawable balance or must be wagered a number of times before becoming withdrawable. The programme page shows the rule in force.

On your account you see the visits to your link, the friends who signed up, each bonus and each monthly commission.

Referrals are reviewed. Bonuses and commissions linked to duplicate accounts, self referral or irregular activity are cancelled.

During a protection, new invitations are unavailable, but your earlier referrals and earnings stay visible. The programme may be paused or ended at any time, without affecting what has already been credited.

Some messages are sent automatically according to your journey: a welcome when the account has no deposit yet, a reminder when a deposit was not completed, a thank you for your first deposit, a notice when a reward is about to expire and an invitation to come back after a while without visiting.

These messages may include gifts, such as a coupon, a spin or a scratchcard, always with the conditions shown in the message itself.

During a protection, the platform sends no offers or promotions. Service and security messages keep arriving.

On screen messages appear while you browse and can be closed at any time. A closed message does not come back in the same way.

Account, security, deposit, withdrawal and support notices always arrive, because they are part of how the account works, and they are not silenced by your communication choices.

The platform's notification inbox keeps these messages, such as a credited deposit, a paid or declined withdrawal, an available or expired bonus, a completed wagering requirement, a limit that came into effect and a reply from support. A notice stays unread until you open it.

You can install the platform as an app on your device, to open it with one tap and in full screen. Without internet, the app lets you know and comes back by itself when the connection returns.

Device notifications tell you when a deposit lands, a withdrawal is paid, a prize arrives or support replies, even with the site closed. They only work after you allow them in your browser and they carry no advertising. On iPhone, they only arrive through the app installed on the home screen.

All limits use the same currency, Brazilian real or US dollar. Changing the currency waits 24 hours, and the limits and the usage of the current periods are converted once at the rate of the change, rounded up.

You can limit your playing time per day. The screen shows the time already used today and what is left. When you reach the limit, new bets, game openings and deposits are blocked until the next platform day.

The same waiting rules as for amount limits apply when loosening the session limit.

You can get a periodic reminder, from 5 minutes to 24 hours, with the session time, the amount wagered and the result. Time counts from your first bet, and time spent outside the games is not counted. In the reminder, you choose to keep playing, stop for now or see your limits.

A break blocks games and deposits for 1, 7, 14 or 30 days. The account, withdrawals, support and bet history stay available. Access returns by itself when the break ends.

Temporary self-exclusion closes the account to gaming and deposits for 90, 180 or 365 days. The period cannot be shortened.

Permanent self-exclusion closes the account to gaming and deposits with no end date. A review can only be requested from support after 12 months.

To confirm a protection, you type the word requested on screen. You may give a reason if you wish. An active protection can be extended or made permanent, but the new protection must last longer than the current one.

Your balance stays on the account and withdrawals already requested remain under review. The active bonus is paused, and a round already open may finish and be settled.

You can only lower limits, and scheduled changes that would loosen your limits are cancelled when the protection starts.

Missions, prizes, scratchcards, cashback and rakeback claims and new referral invitations are paused. Offers and promotions stop being sent.

During self-exclusion, new support tickets can only be about withdrawals or responsible gaming.

The monthly summary shows how much you deposited, withdrew and the result of your bets. The history records every change to your limits and protections, including those made by support.

You talk to the team through tickets, choosing a category and describing the situation. Say when it happened, the amounts involved and what you have already tried. You can attach files.

The team replies in the ticket itself, and you get a notice. The ticket status shows whether it is waiting for the team, being handled or waiting for you.

Open a single ticket per subject. If there is already a ticket about the same topic, continue in it.

When the team asks for information, reply within 30 days to keep the ticket open. An idle ticket gets a reminder before it is closed.

Once resolved, you can mark the ticket as resolved or reopen it by replying within the period shown.

The platform runs automatic checks and team reviews on sign up, referrals, bonuses and withdrawals. During a review, the team may ask for information or documents that confirm your details.

While a review is in progress, some features may be limited. You are told on screen and can follow up with support.

When we find prohibited conduct, we may limit features, cancel the bonuses and winnings linked to it, block withdrawals during the review or block the account.

A block states its reason, such as breaking the rules, abusive behaviour, spam, misuse of intellectual property or an account security restriction. It may have an end date or last indefinitely.

During a block, you can browse the catalogue, but bets, game openings and rewards are suspended. The account access page shows the situation, the end date when there is one and the way to contact support.

If a game, a payment or a promotion fails before completing, the operation is not charged. A bet that was not recorded does not leave your balance.

An amount credited by mistake, whether through a technical failure or a configuration error, may be corrected. The correction appears in the statement with the explanation.

If a screen shows an amount different from what was recorded, the platform's record is what counts, and you can check it in the statement and the history.

The platform may go through maintenance or become unavailable due to instability. When it is not possible to check your account status, the screen tells you and nothing changes in your balance.

Games, promotions, payment methods, currencies and features may be added, changed or removed over time. A change does not affect what has already been credited to your account.

To close your account, contact support. Before closing, withdraw your available real balance. Pending bonuses and rewards are cancelled when the account is closed.

If you want to step away from gaming, choose a break or self-exclusion instead, which block access immediately and keep your history saved.

The account may also be closed by the team in case of prohibited conduct. In that case, support will guide you on your balance.

When these terms change, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it again before you keep using the account. You can read the new version before confirming.

Each accepted version, with the date and time of the acceptance, is kept on your account.

For any question about these terms, open a support ticket. Information about how we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
