IP address, browser, device type, browser language and time zone. This lets us keep your session, show dates in your time, list the connected devices and notice access that does not match your usual use.
During the bot check and the sign up security checks, technical signals from the connection and the browser are also assessed.
If you allow device notifications, we keep the delivery identifier provided by the browser.
4.2 Visitor identifier

When you sign up, that choice moves to your account. If you clear your browser cookies, the identifier is lost and the question appears again.

5. How we use information

Account and access. Creating and keeping your account, authenticating your sign ins, keeping your sessions and recovering access when you ask.

Games. Opening games, converting amounts when a game uses another currency, recording bets and results and allowing draws to be verified.
Promotions. Calculating bonuses, wagering requirements, XP, levels, benefits, cashback, rakeback, missions, prizes and commissions, and checking that each benefit was used within its conditions.
Responsible gaming. Applying your limits, reminders, breaks and self-exclusions, pausing promotions during a protection and keeping the history you consult.
Security. Protecting accounts against unauthorised access, fraud, duplicate accounts and promotion abuse.
Support. Answering your tickets and understanding the context of your account to solve the problem.
Communications. Sending account notices and, according to your preferences, promotional and automatic messages.
Improvement. Understanding how the platform is used, finding faults and improving the experience.
Measurement and advertising. Only with your permission, measuring campaigns and showing advertising, as explained under Cookies.
5.2 Automated decisions
Some decisions are made automatically: instant approval of some withdrawals, the sign up security check, eligibility for bonuses, missions and prizes, the application of your limits and the sending of automatic messages according to your journey.
When an automated decision blocks something, the screen explains the reason and how to resolve it. You can ask support for the situation to be reviewed by a member of the team.
5.3 Fraud prevention and duplicate accounts
Sign up, referrals, bonuses and withdrawals go through automatic checks and, when needed, a team review. These checks compare information from the account, the device, the connection and the payments to find duplicate accounts, self referral and irregular use of promotions.
When a check finds a problem, the account may have limited features or blocked withdrawals while the team reviews it. You are told on screen and can contact support.
6. What other players see
6.1 Profile visibility
You decide how you appear to other players. In anonymous mode, a code is shown instead of your nickname. With nickname only, your nickname is shown. With nickname and public profile, anyone who clicks your nickname sees your level, your bets and the games you liked.
This choice applies everywhere your bets may appear, such as the recent wins lists. You can change it at any time in your profile.
6.2 What is never shown
Your name, email, phone number, document and balance are never shown to other players.
7. Sharing
7.1 Partners that receive information
Game providers. Receive an identifier for your account, the session currency and the bets placed in their games.
Payment methods. Receive what is needed to complete each transaction, such as amount, currency, Pix destination key or wallet address.
Messaging services. Receive your email or the device identifier to deliver the notices and messages you agreed to receive.
Sign in services. Google, when you sign in with it, and the wallet connection service, when you connect a wallet through its app.
Bot check. Receives technical signals from the browser to confirm that access is made by a person.
Hosting and storage. Keep the platform's data and files, such as ticket attachments.
Exchange rate sources. Receive only requests for rates between currencies, without any of your information.
Measurement and advertising partners. Receive usage events only if you allow it, as explained under Cookies.
Each partner receives only what its part of the service requires. We do not sell your information.
7.2 Third party services
When you leave the platform for an external service, such as your bank app, your crypto wallet, your Google account or a platform profile on social media, that service's privacy rules apply.
Provider games run inside the platform, but each provider handles round information according to its own rules, in addition to this policy.
8. Cookies
8.1 Necessary cookies
They keep your session, your account security, your language, your answer to the age check and your cookie choice. They also make the installable app and the notifications you allow work.
They are always on, because the platform does not work without them. You can use the platform with only these cookies.
8.2 Measurement cookies
They help us understand how the platform is used: which pages are visited, how people arrive, where they have difficulty and which features are used most.
With your measurement permission, events such as page visits, sign up and deposit are sent to the platform's measurement service.
8.3 Advertising cookies
They help measure campaign results and show more relevant ads on other websites.
With your advertising permission, events such as sign up and deposit are sent to advertising platforms, including from our servers, to measure campaign results.
8.4 How to choose and change
Measurement and advertising start switched off and are chosen separately in the cookie notice. You can accept everything, refuse the optional ones or choose each category.
You can change your choice at any time in the cookie preferences. If you refuse, the question only comes back after seven days.
Your choice is recorded with the version of this policy. When the version changes, we ask for your choice again before turning on any measurement.
If you withdraw a permission, we stop sending new events of that category, delete the origin data of your visit and discard the events that had not yet been sent.
9. Communications
9.1 Promotional messages
Promotional messages follow your profile preferences, by topic and by channel: email, on site notices, on screen messages and phone notifications. They only start after your email is confirmed.
Every promotional email includes a link to unsubscribe, which works even without signing in. Unsubscribing does not affect account notices.
There is a daily limit of promotional messages per channel, and promotions are not sent during the night quiet period or during a responsible gaming protection.
9.2 Service notices
Account, security, deposit, withdrawal and support notices always arrive, because they are part of how the account works.
9.3 Device notifications
Device notifications only work after you allow them in your browser or in the installed app. They tell you about deposits, withdrawals, prizes and support replies, with no advertising.
You can turn them off in your browser or device settings at any time.
10. Retention and security
10.1 How long we keep information
We keep account information while the account is active.
The wallet statement, bets and transactions follow the life of the account, because they are the basis of the balance and of the history you consult.
The account activity record, such as sign ins and security changes, is kept for 5 years.
Message delivery records are kept for 90 days. Behaviour data used for communications and the record of on screen messages shown are kept for 365 days.
The history of bonuses and finished rewards is kept for 90 days, and bonus receipts and draw proofs for 365 days.
Access recovery requests are kept for 30 days.
After these periods, the information is deleted or no longer identifies you.
10.2 Information security
All traffic goes through an encrypted connection. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Sensitive actions ask you to sign in again, repeated access attempts are paused automatically and you can end sessions on other devices at any time.
Team access is limited to what each role needs and is recorded.
No system is completely immune to failures. If you notice anything odd on your account, change your password, end the other sessions and tell support.

When the account is closed, the information is no longer used for promotions and communications. Part of it, such as the statement and the activity record, stays kept for the periods described under Retention and security.
12. Other information
12.1 Minors
The platform is not intended for people under 18. The age check blocks access for anyone who states they are under the minimum age. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, it is closed.
12.2 Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we publish a new version, let you know on the platform and ask for a new acceptance and a new cookie choice before turning on any measurement.
Each accepted version, with the date and time of the acceptance, is kept on your account.
