How to browse providers

See the studios released on this brand and open the catalog of each one.

A provider is the studio that made the game, and every provider has a page with all of its games released on this brand. The Providers page lists the available studios, shows how many games each one brings and takes you to that studio catalog.

Step by step

  1. Open Providers in the menu.
  2. Use the search box if you already know the studio name.
  3. Tap the provider card to open its page.
  4. Inside the provider page, use the search box to find one specific game.
  5. Move through the result pages until you find what you want.

Important points

Provider, studio and supplier mean the same thing here: the company that develops the games. A game belongs to a single provider, and that name appears under the game title.

The provider page shows only the games from that studio that this brand released, with the total right under the name. A studio can have many games on another site and few here.

On the Games page the studio filter does the same job and lets you tick several providers at once. Use the provider page when you want its whole collection, and the filter when you want to compare studios.

While you play, the provider name appears in the game bar and works as a link. Tapping it takes you straight to that studio catalog.

When the brand turns a provider off, its games leave the catalog, the feeds and search all at once. Your markings stay stored and come back if the provider comes back.

The two switches are separate: one covers the whole provider and the other one game. An active provider can have games individually turned off.

Common problems

Try a shorter piece of the name in the provider search. If it never shows up, that studio is not released on this brand right now.

That happens when the address points to a studio that no longer exists here. Use the button to go back to the catalog and pick another provider.

The studio was released, yet none of its games are enabled at the moment. Go back to the catalog and choose another provider meanwhile.

Clear the search to see the studio full collection and page through it. If the game is not there, it may belong to another provider with a similar name.

The screen shows an error notice with a retry button. Check your connection and try again; if it keeps failing, open a support ticket.

Yes. The provider list and each studio catalog are public, and an account is only required when you play.

No. The markings stay stored and show up again if the provider is turned back on.
